Task description
Trades business, ~180 supplier invoices/month arriving as PDF attachments. Office manager retypes them into QuickBooks. Need: parse attachment, match supplier, draft the bill, flag anomalies (price jumps, duplicates). Error cost is real — we double-paid twice last quarter.
